As we may have mentioned (once or twice), we love all things DESIGN. We feel your invitations are one of the most important parts of your wedding design- it is the first thing your guests see, and will immediately give them an idea of the style and feel for your wedding day.

Stationery is another important element of design for your wedding day. It helps pull the design together, but must also stand out just enough to catch attention.

We have a few beautiful designs to choose from, but most of what we do is custom. Going with a custom design ensures your invitations and stationery match perfectly with other design elements, and eliminates the chances of using the same design as someone else.

Our Process

Collaboration Dream Board

After scheduling our consultation, we will begin collaborating on ideas. We will share a joint idea board where you are free to share your ideas. We want to see it all- stationery ideas, color palettes, dream cake, bridesmaids dresses, EVERYTHING! This will help give me an idea of your style.



Next, we will meet to go over all of your design ideas over the phone, over video chat or in person. This is to make sure we have a clear understanding of your design and style. We will also discuss your suite options, envelopes, verbiage, quantities, and special suite add-ons for putting your invoice together. 



After our consultation, we will email you a proposal including an invoice for everything we discussed, and a contract. When you are ready to move forward, you will sign the contract, and pay your design fee. Once we receive your signed contract and design fee, we will begin designing your invitation suite.



Now that we have a clear idea of your wedding style and design, we will begin creating your custom invitation suite. You will receive 1-2 designs to choose from within 5-7 business days. 


Revisions and Proofs

Along with your design(s), you will receive a changes and revisions form to fill out. You will have the option to choose the design that you'd like to use moving forward (if there is more than one), and to submit any changes to design or wording. Once the design of your invitation suite is finalized, we will meet to review a printed proof. If you are 100% happy with the invitation suites design and quality, you will submit a finalization form approving the design and prints. 


Printing and Payments

Now that the design has been finalized and approved, and final payments have been made (according to the proposal sent), we will begin printing. Printing usually takes about 2 weeks, but could take longer based on the quantity and suite style. *The printing time will be decided on before signing the proposal.



If you are not local to the Central Texas area, we will carefully package your invitation suite and ship to you via Fedex or USPS. *Delivery method will be determined before signing the proposal.

After your order has been delivered, we will follow up with a short questionnaire letting us know how we did. We use this information to help us in making a smoother process for future clients.
